Witnessed this in Seattle with a dog attack. Couple who were attacked couldn't force themselves to give a description of the guy who put the dog on them. Tore her knee up pretty badly, had to have surgery.

It would be hard to establish a motive, but the woman's behavior in the video is extremely strange. She has no fear of being hurt by the murderer after watching her "boyfriend" being brutally stabbed.
