You should totally push her to do that under your supervision only. Then maybe one day you come home from work early and find her with a girl and then here’s what you do:
HEar the door open and them talking. You grab your shotgun, make sure no shells are in it. Then stand at the top of the stairs facing the door. It will be dark enough that they couldn't see you while talking by the door.

Needless to say after that, no girls will come over to the house. Your sister will confirm it years later.
