Started a new job a couple of months ago and have three guys working for me. Was going to get them each a $50 gift card for Academy.
Since every OTer has people under them, whatcha getting the bottom feeders?

Gift cards are good, but kinda too easy. With only 3, you can find out more about them and get them more personalized gifts. They'll appreciate it.
