I wouldn’t give a shite y’all still are just dating. If you don’t trust what she is telling you then you probably shouldn’t be dating her anyway just move on. If you do then keep going out it’s that simple.

Pretty easy solution. Pull the phone bill and find the # from 1am. Should be able to see if this “stranger” has texted before

Am I missing something? Is any one else wondering how she knows who a random number is? She recognizes a random number that isn’t assigned in her contacts??

Agree with this. You don’t randomly 1 am text people you never did anything with but I don’t think it’s a red flag that she didn’t delete a contact from her past. Especially if it was just a few hook ups that never amounted anything. You just move on with your life and forget it’s even there.

How often do y’all clear out numbers? I have a ton I’m not actively keeping that are in my phone.
Granted, he should definitely put a tracker on her car, but ol boy was likely good and drunk probably texted a few folks and given what the last year has been it’s even less shocking some might not be recent hang outs.

If it’s not saved, the text prior in the history could have been “hey, this is Jody, hope we get to hang out sometime - had fun at whatever event her sister hosted that they were both at” - date feb 2020 just pre covid
