Go to bed around Midnight, wake up around 8 every day.

No alarm clock.

Week days and weekends.

Not sure how you plebs lay in bed till 9 and sleep for over 8 hours, much less 12. Lazy, worthless, sack of shite. My tax money is paying for this bull shite.

Anyways I don't even fall asleep till 12:30 to 2 and I'm always up a 5 or 5:30 at the latest. Yall could follow my example and be a reproductive member of society.

Sorry about your inevitable early death.

The craziness doesn’t set in until you start working the night shift and don’t go to sleep once you get off at 6 a.m. You’ll turn into a day walking zombie real fast. Living life from 6 am to 2 pm coming off a work shift tired but somehow energized, then passing out at 3pm and waking up at 9 pm to go back to work will really turn you crazy.

I can do this in bursts but not constantly.

There is a certain type of person that can do 3-5 hours routinely and function well. It's rare and I'm jealous of those people. I wish I had that ability, but, I don't, and 95%+ of the population doesn't.

Easy to pull off in 20s. As soon as I turned 30 I could barely stay up past midnight

I can do this easily if I can work in a nap. In this case a long one, like an hour plus. I do this routinely on Saturdays.

As my kids are growing up, I've started waking up at 5:15 every morning to workout rather than going after work.

My bedtime is now 9:30

Staying up until 12 and waking at 6-7. You can maybe get away with it for a minute.

Pretty much a normal schedule for me.

Staying up until 1 and waking up at 5? That's pain.

This is not unusual, unfortunately.

I haven't had a nap since I was in high school.

I'm not tired until bed time because I get no less than 7 hours of sleep every night, usually 8.

Idk how people nap. Would frick my entire day up.

Studies show higher rates of dementia and Alzheimer’s for those who stay up really late and sleep in late.
