Getting the urge to poop while you’re in the shower

This is just not the way life is supposed to be.
Do you get out the shower and poop and then get back in?
You can’t possible shower, then poop, still feel clean - even with a clean wipe and all. It’s a mental thing.
Awful awful state of mind.

I have IBS D and would constantly have the urge to poop if I didn't take a handful of Immodium AD every morning. You might try a dose before you shower.
