How do you know? It sounds to me like he doesn't live with them (hence the "drop the medicine off in the mailbox" part of the story). Based on the information in the story, we don't know how far away from them he lives or anything like that. It also doesn't say what he was busy doing.
I'm willing to bet that the woman probably took him to town in the divorce settlement and demanded that she get custody of the kids. Sorry, but this is part of the deal. You want custody of the kids, then you have to figure out a way to do something as simple as getting medicine for them.

Maybe she should hand over custody of her children if she's too lazy to get them their medicine. Trying to treat her ex as an errand boy. GTFO.

I was about to say the same thing, bitch prob got full custody of the kids, we dont know how far away the father lives.
The woman shouldnt be lazy and get medicine for her kids.
Pretty sure my Dad would ave left if he was getting bitched at for not getting medicine for us while he was at work and mom was at home.

She should probably be jailed for child endangerment. DSS should come in and take those kids and give them to the father. She can whine about that on facebook.

The kid was so sick, she took him to the ER the night before.
