No fear
Big johnson
Spud McKenzie
Ti dyed
Hyper color
Marthe francois girbaud
Tommy
Polo

These shirts and clothes rocked my early childhood

Then you also hand the leather shoes that cane above your ankles, had leather shoe laces, and really thin soles. I think duckhead made some types but I can’t remember the really cool name.

Because they had to pick a beginning and end year and its somewhat arbitrary. I was born in '64 but my parents were boomers and I always had more in common with Gen Xers so that's what I would identify myself as......not that I ever had a reason to articulate this before social media came along

Exactly.... We were still in high school when movies like Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Porkies, Last American Virgin came out....

and MTV started in August of ‘81....

quote:

Generation X (or Gen X) is the demographic cohort following the baby boomers and preceding the Millennials. Demographers and researchers typically use birth years ranging from the early-to-mid 1960s to the early 1980s.

WIKI reports various publications on generations... Some saying Gen X starts in ‘65 and other publications saying ‘61 and one saying 1960...
