Any update on potential charges against these scumbags

The fact they are still in Baton Rouge is laughable.

do you think Elon can get cash out his 200 billion dollars?

Elon could liquidate but he’d lose a ton of value

It was my understanding that some of the gamecoin people weren’t permitted to liquidate. Totally different ballgame IMO

Scone mentioned a month or so ago on his morning show that Gamecoin was under investigation by the SEC but that they survived the investigation. He was hoping to have a “tell all” show now that the investigation is over. IMHO, I’m surprised they survived it.

same thing happens in liquidity pools via slippage.

werent permitted as is by contract? Or are you saying they werent permitted because the Gam coin liquidity pool only had like 18million dollars in it near the peak, IIRC.

there is a difference between LPs and the stock market, as in the stock market, there has to be someone on the other side willing to buy... in an LP you can just trade one for the other in the LP but as you take a larger and larger portion the slippage kills your tradeout values as its killing the price.

the mechanics are different but the general premise is very similar. Back to elon you say hey only lose value... I belive he has so much stock in tesla if he started selling it all, there woulc be no more buy orders and the stock value would be 0. in an LP, the value will never reach 0 but it would approach it.

Should this be a lesson to local sports radio stations about being more cautious about what their broadcasters are soliciting? Feels like they were lucky to not get more backlash in the community.

There was one radio personality that I vividly remember beating the drum about Game Coin but I won’t say his name because it seems like any thread that mentions him gets zapped almost immediately.

Will I be able to resell them for 20X in 90 days? Or if I am not able to liquidate them at that point, can I at least flex to other baws how rich I am on paper?

I get how people could fall for this if you don't know much about investing. Scone made it sound like you would make a fortune if you buy gamecoin. I remember he would say so many people are going to regret that they didn't get in while its this low. My heart always sank when he said that because I knew many people would fall for it. I could not believe gordy or anyone else at guaranty media didn't tell him to stop giving financial advice.

Can’t believe hall are doubting him.

He just said on his morning show that he had a call with the developers and that we might be able to see the actual platform… mind you this is a couple of years after GameCoin started.

I recall him pumping it as a crypto investment. But have they ever explained what the platform or product is ?

I don't know if they ever updated their "white paper" but for the longest time it wasn't even uploaded to the site and then, when it was, it was nothing like a white paper. They were just using crypto phrases and had no idea what they were, but idiots bought into it b/c it was a big bubble.

It's still there and it's still hilarious.

I would reeeeeally like to hear Jenny Finch try to explain GameCoin. We're talking about a softball player who can't even form a coherent sentence about softball.
