FYI, quit hoarding gas and fill up only when you need to and there won't be a problem.

I got that $1.99 yesterday as well, worth dealing with the beggars on every corner around the store.

I have read that Costco (and maybe Sams) uses their actual costs as the basis for their gas prices. Not that that's what they charge, but that the gas in the ground is priced based on what they paid for it. This is in contrast to most stations which basically set the prices based on what the next tanker of gas will cost them. That's why Costco's price increases trail other stations. The other side of that is once the go up, they may trail other stations in dropping again until they get more gas. But most people probably won't ever notice that at the rate Costco stations go through gas.

I thought the OT was filled to the brim with ballers? Gas coulb be $10 a gallon and it shouldn't have an impact on the vast majority here.

Jumped about 50 cents since yesterday morning in SC.

That's actually Costco's entire business model... There is zero margin/markup on any product in the store... 100% of their profit comes from selling memberships... This is how they can keep their prices so low.

Do they take EBT there?
