Fun story from my tent in the middle of the woods

I brought my flag football team on a post season camping & fishing trip.
2 of the bigger kids got into a brawl around 7pm…I mean legit knocking the piss out of each other.
Then the same 2 got into another scrape around 10pm and one of them hit the other in the face with a shoe.
I had gotten into my tent around 9:30, so I didn’t see round 2.
About 10:30 I heard trucks cranking up and people leaving. The only folks left are my son & I and 1 more family.
Is it weird that they would just leave without saying anything?

And if it did happen, why were you in your tent?
And if you were in your tent after a fight between two of your charges, without securing any sort of agreement between them then you have no right to have been "in charge" of anything - anywhere - ESPECIALLY at night in a remote area with a bunch of kids who are liable to be in a fighting mood.
And if the kids had a prior fight, what did you do wrt to the "other adults" who were there to find out all the W's about the incident??
And if you didn't try to resolve it, then those adults should have packed their kids and left immediate.
