The one lady was trying to conceal her laugh, but I think if she had gotten kicked off the entire cabin would have cheered. It’s just I wouldn’t want to make things worse for the flight attendant by stirring up the crazy black sovereign female any more than she was. If she delayed flight and caused people to miss connecting flights and so on I think more would have made feelings known.

The airlines need to be prepared to exit unruly passengers from the plane.
I suggest forced parachuting a la The Great Muppet Caper, where the plane keeps going and the protagonists get tossed out because they are riding sixth class.
