Then why are the feelings of this little freak, who couldn't pass for a chick if his life depended on it, more important that the feelings of all the girls who don't want a male in the female bathroom? Not to mention the liability issues?

What do people think goes on in a locker room? Who gives a shite about this transgendered teenager changing clothes? With porn readily available on the Internet and cable TV I seriously doubt this kid is getting an eyeful in the locker....furthermore, high school kids would walk out of class for any reason....let not pretend this is some profound statement on sexuality. It's a bunch of teenagers seeking attention and skipping class.
