I think being a server in Baton Rouge would tempt the frick out of me to end up moving to Idaho or Montana.

I would never be a server at TJ Ribs, Chimes East, Copeland's (both locations), etc. because they've been overrun with this behavior.

I got a BBQ sandwich somewhere in LC one time that was on the daily special.
I ate the first half with no problem, but as soon I picked up the other half of it, it just didn't smell right. The owner proceeded to argue with me telling me that the meat was definitely still good like I was crazy because I ate half of it. He didn't believe but something was definitely not right about it.

All of this crap reminds me of a time I went to Florida and we rented a condo with two other couples. One of my buddies on the day of check out tried to get a discount on the stay by complaining about a siding patio door that didn't open "smooth". We stated there 5 or 6 nights.
The manager just looked at him and said uhhh - no. Last trip with that guy, how freaking embarrassing.

Good point. But the last time I went there were several young men and women with and adult that were studying in a corner. Were very nice ordered food, drinks and left after an hour. Appeared to leave a nice tip as they paid for the meal with a card and left a bunch of cash behind. Matter of fact if I recall there were no cell phones allowed by the adults. Food wasn't that great tho. Beer was cold and I was happy.

I ordered a hamburger at Lasseignes and the meat smelled horrible. I took 2 bites and didn't want anymore. I told the waitress that it was horrible and didn't ask for a replacement dish or refund...I just decided I wouldn't be going back. They have shut down
