No doubt. I work across the street from willies and go there for lunch atleast once a week. Never had any issues, great food. This girl is obviously off her rocker and was trying to make this into a racial incident.

This is the reason Chimes has a very strict policy that they stand by their food and if you order it you pay for it. You can ask for a sample of anything. Once it is ordered it is not being refunded. They got ripped off one to many times by certain groups of people. They also have big problems with people walking out and they force the servers to pay the tab, which is not cool.

Yep. I work in the area as well and like I said, I know them personally so I spend 2-3 nights a week up there sometimes for food or just stopping in for a drink. They'll just leave it be, bc there's no reason to let this lady get her satisfaction. I mean you could see how the majority of the FB comments were pretty one sided, you can spin anything to fit your narrative lol. It got really quiet when her pushing Kayte was brought up though. If anything they'll get more business this week

The area around Chimes East has gone to shite rapidly, so I'm not a bit surprised.
It's a shame, really. Used to be a favorite hangout.

Strangely, there was a hate crime at Piccadilly on Sherwood earlier this afternoon -- black guy attacked homosexual Piccadilly employee in the bathroom and busted his face up pretty good... yet no news media reported it.

I worked with the guy that the restaurant is named after at a wing place on Nicholson years ago, and know his siblings somewhat also. They are very nice people, and I'm sure they'll do just fine.

Absolutely true. Worked at a restaurant that got some of this woman's type regularly. We had several black servers, and they hated serving this type of person just as much as the rest of us. This type of person never tips more than $2 (even on bills over $100). They never say thank you, and they always treat you like a slave. If you don't give in to their every whim, they call you racist. They try and make you look bad in front of your manager, trying to get you fired (the managers know it's shite too though). All in the name of getting some free shite and acting like trash
