There's not a damn thing wrong with #8 without makeup. Most of the others could use a little help, but the after pics look like clowns

Pretty much nobody you know in real life is wearing anything near that level, so I wouldn't worry too much. The average woman uses mid-level makeup at best and it rubs off by 1pm.
