A true hot head would have driven around the parking lot doing donuts with the finger out the window yelling, "come and take it!!!".

Name of Dealership? Let’s make them Famous.

Gray Daniels Ford in Jackson.

Just talked to my friend got the details. He financed through Ford and they called said they screwed up calculating the interest rate and his payments were going to be 1,000 more a year. Said they refuse to honor the loan and he had to come resign for new loan agreement.

Dealer must have same lawyer as Karen McDougal and doesn't believe signed contracts mean anything.

Dealership called him and told him they messed up

They did the same to me. I bought a jeep that they had pre-installed some gaudy off-road tires. I asked them to put the stock ones back on and adjust the price. Long story short, they put upgraded Rubicon wheels and tires on by mistake and didn't catch it til the next day. They offered me 5 free oil changes to bring it back in for a complimentary swap to the stock sport tires.

I laughed, hung up, and haven't heard from them since.

The new bait and switch tactic.

Sorry we sold you that King Ranch for 50k. But if you come back we can sell you an XLT for the same price.

The moments you want a trusted lawyer on retainer. He should just tell them to go pound sand and that all further communication will be through his attorney. If they call his bluff and do seek legal action, he'll keep his truck at the stated price and recoup his legal fees.
