Maybe, but maybe not. This damn thing has been so weird that I'm not confident that it is. There is some rotation that kind of correlates, but the BWER came from one of the "tails" that curled around. Weird as shite storm.
That would have been a BWER associated with a secondary rotation. This storm may have twins in it if it keeps this up.
I know that it will 100% be a complete pain in the arse to survey this one. It has skipped like a stone on a lake and had various circulations occlude and reform.

I think its trying to spin up a meso on that southside and the "bwer" isnt really a bwer.

I think so, too. The "hole" was close to the secondary rotation, but formed from one of the octopus's tentacles wrapping around it.
