French Quarter parking ticket question

I just got a ticket for violating traffic code "Not Parked Within Marked Space" in NOLA. The only thing that crossed over the marked line was my hitch/set of truck nuts.
Is it worth fighting over or simply pay the fine?

I got one for about 6" of my brush guard sticking over the line. It is an actual ticket, unlike the speed camera ones. Pay the $20 and be done with it
