If they all knew each other, then they had an idea what each person was capable of doing. You have to know they sat around tough talking about what they would do in certain situations.
This was not their first crime. It was only going to escalate!

actually he didn't really admit to being at the scene until after the second suspect came forward. The police chief also said he heard his mother say she wanted him to cooperate. No way they let that arse plea down though.

Yes. He should have known that his employees are in danger of being stabbed to death. He is liable. I hate that mindset.

Doesn't make a damn bit of difference. Once they make the decision to go down this path each is fully responsible for what any of the others will do. Each are guilty of murder in the eyes of the law.
