There are a ton of residential houses up for sale between Broadway St, Nashville, Magazine and Ferret (Tulane/Audubon/Loyola corridor). The largest number of houses I've seen for sale in this area in 20 years.

At this point, if I lived in NOLA I’d carry credit cards and ID inside my underwear. In my pockets I’d have a fake wallet with an expired credit card and like $5.
