Is it possible the smart watch was lodged in the seat for over 4 months and was actually from an Uber passenger?
I don't have all the details, and I'm not trying to defend her. You just gotta cover all your bases before you accuse her of cheating with only this as evidence. And I do think it's very reasonable for you to be concerned.

Bro. Take a pic of the watch and post it here. The OT will help you determine if it is a dude that's banging your wife of not just by looking at it. Also can help identify a charger for it
