No, it’s not. When I hear Fort Worth, I think the stockyards, George Strait, Billy Bob’s, the rodeo, white elephant...not red or blue.

Unless you plan on living in a house for longer than like 20 years this is a myth.

You arent blowing money on rent.

I go a few times a year to visit my new TCU horn frog. I enjoy my trips there.

20 years? Idk that doesn’t seem right to me. I’d rather be getting a little equity every month than not

Mid 20’s.

West 7th Street over by the arts district is the big party scene in FW. Medical district area is pretty good too. Stockyards and downtown/Sundance are OK but mostly tourists and old people.

Mid 20s you’ll probably want to be near West 7th. Handful of bars over that way, and a younger crowd.

That's the stupidest shite I've heard this week.

Depending on age and what your goals are, I'd say Sundance square or west 7th or University down by TCU if you're renting. Dem some good lookin rich white girls. I rented a condo in grad school around there. Top notch trim.

If you're buyingI'd go south or west, Aledo/Hudson Oaks/Benbrook. If you wanna go north trophy club/Keller aren't bad areas but you'll get fricked with taxes.
