That video was awesome - whatever the Broncos end up looking like that was a great ad.

An F150 clone would have been incredibly lazy and uninteresting in my opinion, but to each their own.

Agreed. An F-150 with a camper top is a non-starter for most folks, I would think.

Looks "front chunkish" but the chunk is usually on the drivers side?

I think they'll go with the TTB on this new Bronco.

From what I can tell, I like the larger one. I don't see myself not driving a truck anytime soon though.

My dad is planning on buying one of these when they are released so I guess I'll check his out.

From my experience with Jeeps, yes. Not sure if that is always true.

Also not sure if the image/video is flipped.

Official release day is July 13th. Video released a week out as teaser.

the official release was scheduled for Thursday, but they caught so much heat they had to change the release date

FYI- Thursday is OJ Simpson's birthday

I hope it has solid front and rear axle. Jeep prices will plummet.

V8 ain’t happening, it’ll be ecoboost engines.

Yes, from what I have heard, the 2.7 Eco will be the base engine with a possible Raptor version with the 3.5 Eco.

I have a 2.7 Eco in a crew cab F150. Whether you like those engines or not, they do have plenty of power.

Same. I don't know what some folks are wanting but the 2 door looks pretty sweet so far to me.

Hopefully you can get a v8 like the old school broncos. Late 70’s with the 400 was a bad arse machine.

im all for it. the bronco is such a cool nameplate. and to put it on a wrangler style vehicle i do approve, it will be fun. to me thats a sign of a healthy company, i generally trust fords direction. jeep did great with the comanche / gladiator ressurection. now i just want them to bring back the grand wagoneer - it would prolly cost $75K+ but it would look awesome

I have a 3.5 Eco in my F150 and it is a brute. I had a '72 (small version) and an '82 (big version). I have been waiting to see what these new ones look like. If it checks the boxes, I may pull the trigger on one. Normally I would be real hesitant to jump on a new version vehicle but these have been sitting ready for a launch since last year so I think the bugs have probably been worked out.

I really want to see the tow capacity. I also really hope they leave all the tech crap out of it to keep the price down.

I have a FJ right now and my only complaint is that it's slow and cant tow crap.

I just want to pull a small camper. If the ranger can do 7500 as long as the Broncos can match that id be good.

Sadly, they'll probably platinum all the 4 door 4 wheel drive versions and make them $70k.

I have looked at several leaked videos of the Bronco and I think they went with the F150 concept in the cab and it looks very XLT-ish.

I’ll be a buyer of 2 Door when I retire to the mountains in 22. I’ve had 3 in my life.

I hope so, one thing I like about the FJ is that there really isnt some seat a/c massager to break. lol
