missed a very important detail in here. When this was all happening, another rioter fired a shot in KR's direction. This rioter was identified, but never charged.
correct I did forget about this. Right before kr shot Rosenbaum, someone fired a shot in kr's vicinity. Forgot the alleged person's name but he was an aquantince of rosenbaum I think named ziminski who was holding a handgun the whole time.

Short version is.

1. Retarded mom drives armed son to protest/Riot.
2. Retarded protesters/rioters attack armed kid. Kick him, hit him with skate board, and lunge at with handgun. What the frick did they think was going to happen?
3. Protesters/rioters are surprised armed person uses weapon to defend himself when attacked.
4. self defense. everyone involved loses. America loses because people can't put down their political beliefs/ideologies aside to look at the case for what it is. A bunch of morons doing stupid shite and being surprised at the outcome, and if you take away the politics and race its moron on moron violence and no one can win in those situations.

The actual term is "case in point". Ignorance is bliss though. Have a blissful day.

disagree, he exercised his right to help. How about this

If the retarded mob wouldn't have attacked a teen who has a legal right to carry a weapon protected by our 2nd amendment, nothing would have happened and he would have continued to give first aid. Hand out water and extinguish fires...

We quick to call him dumb but not the mob...lot of mental illness going on in here.

What I would have done is not the point. Kid did nothing wrong.

Rittenhouse drove 15 miles to protect his dad’s (and another) business. He didn’t cross a state line with a gun. That was a lie. His friend in Kenosha had the gun already. He wasn’t illegally carrying. Also a lie. Those charges were dropped.

Right. Only rioters and looters can go places. The rest of the peasants must cower in our holes while they destroy the communities around us. How dare people interfere with the DNC’s Brownshirts

Let's see what you say if the mob comes into your neighborhood and starts lighting fires, destroying property and threatening lives. Would you turn the help of a KR away from your property if the police were refusing to do anything?

Yes, I would absolutely not want to put the survival of my neighborhood and my family in the hands of a teenager with an AK-47. Sorry, but your point isn't very good.

HE CROSSED A STATE LINE!

You got him! How have they not thought of this already? Why are you not the prosecutor?

Poor, willfully ignorant, obtuse progressives. They are unable to learn until its far too late.

Sure he exercised his right to help, and he has every right to carry a weapon, that still doesn't make it a good idea. Just because you can doesn't always mean you should. but I refer to the mom as retarded because as a parent how can you knowingly put your son in a situation like that. Nothing the kid did was "wrong", it was just stupid and irresponsible for an adult to put their kid in a situation like that. As an adult, what outcome are you expecting to happen there? If you are bringing a gun to an event like that you are expecting the opposition to be bringing a gun, are you not? If you are carrying a gun, you have to at least be considering you might have to use it, I'm not putting my 17 year old son in a situation where he may have to shoot somebody or be shot. 17 year olds should not be running the streets with fricking guns, you know how stupid 17 year olds are? Do you not remember all the stupid shite you used to do at that age? It's a fricking miracle a 17 year old was able to show the restraint that he did, it surprising he didn't clear the fricking street once he started shooting. there are trained adults, that show less composure.

He probably wouldn't have been attacked the way he was if he was unarmed, I know that seems counterintuitive, but having the gun around his shoulder was like putting a big fricking sign saying come at me bro, come at me bro. if he was unarmed, he probably would have just faded into the crowd.

I don’t give much of a shite about it.

Which is the attitude that has gotten this country in the shitstorm we are in.
Our government is prosecuting a kid who defended himself against a mob looking to destroy anything they could, knowing that very same government would never prosecute them for what their actions.
They are using our judicial system to scare citizens into not defending themselves.
And you don't care.

...or he'd be dead. They were pissed he was putting out their fires. Literal dumpster fires.

Maybe if the police or national guard would have stepped up a 17 year old wouldn't have felt like he had to...

I understand what your saying but your opinion or mine isn't and shouldn't be in question at all here. He had a weapon for protection. We send off 18 yr Olds to war...but we have issues with someone carrying a weapon legally to protect oneself while trying to help a community with first aid, handing out water and extinguishing fires? It's not anyone's place to use this opinion against him. Period

I have no issue with what is legal in regards to carrying the weapon. What I do have issue with, is As an adult, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of a minor. Legal are not, I wouldn't let my 17 year old participate in an activity like that. When he turns 18, I can't stop him. I would emplore him not to go, but it's ultimately his choice at that point. Which leads me to ...

I'm not for this either. Can't legally buy beer but certainly you can go get yourself killed on the whims of politicians.

My whole point is, this kid who can't vote, buy cigarettes, join the military, miss school without permission, etc. As a parent, I'm just going to turn him loose with a weapon in an incredibly tense situation and hope he does the right thing and hope all the people around him does the right thing, and just be ok with that. You put him in a loosing situation, IMO.
