Okay? Do you think this is some newfound opinion of mine or something? I promise you can find posts of mine preseason saying this season doesn’t matter and will go down as an asterisk season:

10 game, in conference season. A joke of a post season. It’s a complete joke.

I do find it hilarious that sunshine and the gang got handed a full ACC cupcake season and still managed to lose a game

I know. You also like to claim national titles of years there weren’t national title games. It’s a weird habit of bama fans to have weird opinions.

I haven't and I won't watch NFL. I haven't been into NFL for quite a few years, since I quit playing fantasy FB though. College I never boycott and watch some. I can only stomach the LSU games in short spells while doing something else to occupy my time. The rest of the NCAA, I'll put on as background noise, but I'm not watching every play of every game or anything.

I quit watching nfl a couple yrs ago. The amount of time I wasted watching professional sports is mind boggling. I wish I would have stopped 20 yrs ago

I just said it was interesting that you said that you held this opinion regardless of how your favorite team performed. I wasn’t attacking your opinion.

So now national titles from the AP poll era are illegitimate?

It’s not just Bama fans who view this current season as a real, but different, season. It appears there are fans of many other teams that are engaged in the season and in the playoff discussion.

I think it’s a pretty realist approach...

In order to have a national champion, there must be a championship game.

Nothing wrong with that. People watch spring games every year as well. Doesn’t mean the spring game matters.

I am actually kicking arse in Fantasy this year. So yes I am watching. It is tough to get into this year, fantasy football and the Saints having a defense are helping.

I was never going to boycott. I selected a sports to follow years ago that is majority young black players. It was not shocking or offending to me that they felt the way they did/do. I can not agree while not taking offense.

I guess I’m wondering why we even played college football before 1998, then.
