For Those Seeking Reinstatement To The Site...

This summer has been the summer of hires and fires. I hired a manager to help me navigate my career, and I hired a new creative director who has been working hard on the new internal ads you may have seen on the mobile version. Sadly, I missed out on the Lifestyle Correspondent that I wanted to hire...he took another job. This was a big loss. I had him pegged to be my podcast partner and now that project has stalled.

I fired our long time Apparel Consultant who screwed up a batch of t-shirts that had my Chicken logo on them and he wouldn't own up to the mistake. He had screwed up some other shirts in the past and had been warned about future screwups. And just this last week we had to let Little Dhillip go, which has created a chill in the office with Big Dhillip. I won't say anymore about that subject.

Anyhow, I was reminded that we haven't done a Reinstatement Thread since Christmas Eve. I will personally handle reinstatements today.

Supporters of suspended users can be character witnesses by REPLYING TO THIS POST and providing the following info:

1. Username of the suspended, with a link to the their public profile page ...this is important!
2. Estimated length of suspension
3. Is this their first suspension?
4. What they did to get suspended? (please be specific and factual)
5. Have they been previously suspended for the reason indicated in No. 4?
6. A pledge not to break any rule in the future
7. Lavish praise for the Admin team (limited to three sentences)
