How much did you "save" on this method that "almost" tastes like the real thing.

Family of four would save about 25 dollars if you did full combo meals at home vs going to chick-fil-a.

Chic-fil-a original and spicy sandwiches come in a bag.

if you get them with lettuce and tomato they come in a box, and are usually significantly less soggy as a result

A microwave fried chicken sandwich is not going to be the same as a freshly made Chick Fil A chicken sandwich

Read my link. If you air fry(toaster oven) the chicken and microwave the bun, the taste and crispiness is identical.

It’s not a talent. It’s just following directions from reliable and professional sources. If you can follow directions, and you know where to source cooking advise and recipes, you can cook great food.

Eh, I cook alot and am pretty decent at it. Frying chicken from scratch isn't something I do often.

It's messy, time consuming, and doesnt keep well for leftovers.

It's pretty good, it's not identical, but it's close.

It's kind of a PITA to cook though, unless you microwave it, and you don't want to microwave it.

I love frying chicken, but it’s outside for me, and for the reason you stated. But I’ll eat some cold fried chicken in a heartbeat.
