One day some of y’all will venture into your kitchen and come to the realization that cooking is not magic tricks, and you can create a far superior chicken sandwich to that of Chic-Fil-A, Popeyes, or Sams, and it’s going to change your life. Some for the good in you’ll save more and be rewarded more, and some for the worse in those fast food sandwiches won’t have the same appeal to you as they once did.

Did you ask a black person for permission to eat a spicy chicken sandwich? They must green light it in case you didn't know.

I have a fatter option for you - both

And add cheese, red beans, and blackened ranch to the Popeyes sandwich

Sure. For instance I can make better flautas than the ones at Costco. Done it plenty of times.

It takes a couple hours though. The Costco ones take 6 minutes and are 80% as good.

There ya go. Settling for 80 percent is winning.

But we buy the nuggets they make and sell at Sam's though. They are very good and extremely similar to chic-fil-a's. I'd have a hard time telling them apart unless doing a side by side comparison.

We tried them for the first time this weekend and were disappointed. The quality of the chicken was crap. Won't buy them again.

the chick fil a sandwich isn't exactly difficult to replicate. It's customer service and speed is another story

Nit pick me if you must. The sandwich is extremely similar to the real thing

It's the OT what did you expect.
But OP is right. If you do them in the air fryer for a couple minutes they come out tasting exactly like the Chick Fil A sammich.

compare Chick Fil A to Members Mark Sammich
quote:

This is going to sound crazy, but I thought the Sam’s Club sandwich tasted exactly like Chick-fil-A! It’s spot on! I’m telling you, put it inside a Chick-fil-A wrapper, and no one will even know the difference. I don’t normally cook, but this made me into a pro instantly and all I needed to do was pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds! Plus, you get 10 of them for $15.98 – I think it’s a great buy!”

A microwave fried chicken sandwich is not going to be the same as a freshly made Chick Fil A chicken sandwich

Does it come out of the box hot on a bun, with condiments?

Do fries come with it?

Does someone serve it to you cheerfully?

Chic-fil-a original and spicy sandwiches come in a bag.

If you buy the waffle fries too, then yes.

Maybe I'm just a terrible cook. But to this day I have not been able to make a chicken sandwich as good as Chick-fil-A.
Popeyes sandwich is overrated to me, so I can do better than that one

How much did you "save" on this method that "almost" tastes like the real thing.

And if I'm driving. I should pass the restaurant and go back to my home, heat this shite, ND make my own sandwich?

I’ve actually bought the same variety of nuggets and waffle fries and it’s seriously close to chic fil a

Same here but not quite the same. Quality of the nuggets not quite as good and have a more pronounced pickle flavor. But they seem to be the best of the chicken nuggets at sams

Chicken nuggets are some of the only good my kids pretend to eat so I have experience

OP puts it in a non standard appliance. At that point I’m just getting Chick Fil A

It’s not a talent. It’s just following directions from reliable and professional sources. If you can follow directions, and you know where to source cooking advise and recipes, you can cook great food.

My people suffer from a lack of knowledge. it’s not your fault. It’s society’s fault.
