Titled the Iron Claw

If anyone wants to submit for general background roles, I’ll drop the info here.

All filing local in Baton Rouge.

quote:

”THE IRON CLAW"

Based on a true story, the film follows the rise and fall of the Von Erich family, a dynasty of wrestlers who made a huge impact on the sport from the 1960s to the present day.

Pay is $150 per day include breakfast, lunch, and possibly dinner depending upon the day.

Lemme tell ya, Blutarsky! Baton Rouge is a Freebirds town and if I see any one of those Von Erichs, including the old man Fritz, I’m gonna show up with a a few of my buddies and give y’all a warm welcome. My good friends Michael Hayes, Terry Gordy, and Buddy Roberts and I will show those Von Erichs what happens when you take a stroll on Badstreet USA. Tuesday night at 7:00PM at the Riverside Centroplex we’ll settle this once and for all! Bring your women, cause we’re leaving with them and the belts.

Kerry is my favorite wrestler of ALL TIME

Along with JYD

I hope this movie is a quality production. The family deserves it.

Remember the Von Eric’s from when I was young. JYD, The Iceman, and many others. Great times to have grown up, and thought wrestling was real!!

This doesn’t seem like a story that can be done justice in two hours.

All the fricking tragedies and weirdness (mainly drug related) and everything else doesn’t seem like it can be done in a feature length picture

For one thing, I don’t think they’re going to cover NWA champ Gene Kininsky paying for Kevin’s first hooker when Kevin was about 12.

I remember one of them being found dead in a car. They all died young. At the time I think they were saying suicide, but I was young and can’t remember exactly.

Family had a lot of issues, however were what Vince McMahon basically became.

I used to work with a guy from Texas who is the spitting image of Mike Von Erich.

If I were those kids, I would stay far away from " wrestling".

The only one left.

One drowned (Jackie)

One died either of an accidental OD or an infection while touring in Japan (David)

Three committed suicide (Mike, Chris, Kerry).

I think he was actually electrocuted. He was only a little boy.

Electrocuted then fell face down in a puddle and drowned.

Either way, sad story and a sign of things to come for that family.
