Can't wait to watch the Tulane kids protest the white U&EMP majors for cultural appropriation

I got hired with this guy at NASA, did our on boarding paperwork together. We worked in remote sensing and there were no teaching or outreach positions, just satellite calibration studies.

All those aspiring rappers in the neighborhood can now fulfill their dreams of getting a college degree

Universities as venerated as even Princeton don't offer a BS in subjects like Math, Physics, and Chemistry--only BAs. I'm certain those degrees are highly respected.

lol. That's not how TOPS works, bud.
You can receive a TOPS award equivalent to the LA Public Instituion average tuition to attend most LA Private Colleges/Univerisites.

What about folks majoring in playing an instrument?

Should only be done if you want to be a professional in the traditional sense. Hometown baw who wants to shred in a rock band has no use for a music education; the cute nerd chick playing flute who wants in to be in a orchestra would do well by it.
That's why I contend this is a useless major. The industry only demands talent, it doesn't care how you came about it.

TOPS is for state universities brah.
False. Page 36 of the Document:

Q-140. Can I use TOPS at any postsecondary school?
A. No. TOPS can only be used at an “eligible institution” (Louisiana public postsecondary schools and regionally accredited independent colleges or universities in the state that are members of the Louisiana Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (LAICU), accredited out-of-state private colleges that are specifically designed to accommodate deaf and hard-of-hearing students at which the majority of the students are deaf and hard of hearing, and certain Louisiana cosmetology and proprietary schools.)
Eligible LAICU schools are: Centenary College, Dillard University, Louisiana College, Loyola University, New Orleans Theological Seminary, Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (formerly Our Lady of the Lake College), The University of Holy Cross (formerly Our Lady of Holy Cross College), St. Joseph Seminary College, Tulane Medical Center, Tulane University and Xavier University.
