He was expelled after the Drano incident but this was about people not happy the priests at the school decided to give him a second chance and let him back in after getting kicked out for the piss test where he turned in someone else’s piss then flipped on them when caught.

I'm good friends with victim #2 (burned arse boy)'s dad and they're good people. no plans of lawsuit as far as I know.

It’s ruffino’s not Cochons as I typed. Ecoserv, is owned by Mike’s (Peytons dad) uncle I believe. It’s off 167 headed towards Abbeville. He’s most definitely not enrolled at stm any longer, that’s 100% fact. They’re looking into GED options for him.
People saying he’s enrolled may be referring to his younger brother who’s a freshman running back/ defensive end. Much better kid (and athlete)but raised by the same parents and grandparents so we’ve got our fingers crossed.

My wife said while the moms were serving the football team the week after the incident, that the younger brother went and hugged one of the moms and said "please don't judge me because of what my brother did."
He's a VERY talented athlete and seems like a good decent kid.

right, I should have been more clear
the rumor is the Diocese intervened on the kid's behalf to get him back in to STM, there were a lot of parents that were pissed the kid was let back in after the first incident. There would have had to have been a pretty high level approval for re-admitting a kid that left after the discipline situation he was in the first time
Since he had been back this year he has obviously not learned any lessons and his behavior had gotten worse.
