from an adult. Holy crap they lay into these 7th graders. I think most of them are in shock after practice.

I can’t imagine how well my son’s soccer teams could have played if the coaches were willing to just shred a kid for messing up. I love the military style where everyone gets shite, they’ll just push you until you do mess up.

Finally it’s no longer little Jimmy picking daisies.

they're trying to weed out the ones they don't want on the team by making them quit. That way they won't have to talk to little Lesters daddy or mommy about it.

Oh he says they get it much worse...but they’ve also weeded out the ones that aren’t going to cut it.

I generally hate yelling at the kids when coaching, but when I do I usually unleash on them and it isn't pretty. Typically happens once or twice a season and they never want to see that side of coach again.

It’s not the head coach getting onto them, it’s the position ones leading the small groups. Probably good cop, bad cop...until good cop gets pissed.

Our pee wee coach had little 4 year old Klaxson in tears and on the verge of a nervous breakdown. It was fricking awesome. Toughen his arse up.
