Cream of Wheat.
Non frosted blueberry pop tarts heated and then buttered.
Government cheese that my grandmother used to get. That was good cheese.

My mom used to make a Tuna Noodle Casserole I loved as a kid.
No way I could get my family to eat it today. They all hate canned tuna. Honestly, I'm not sure I'd enjoy it much today.

My people can be pretty picky whereas I'll eat just about anything. We couldn't afford to be picky growing up or you wouldn't eat.
Anything with tuna in it.
Hot dogs. If the wife goes out of town, hot dogs and peppers go on the grill.
Anything spicy. My wife has a low heat tolerance.
Bologna. SPAM. Sardines.

Sardines. Every blue moon I crave the hell out of em. I basically have to eat em outside and not throw the tin in the inside trash.
Same with a bologna sandwich with miracle whip on white bread. I am the only one.

This, Ramen noodles and egg salad sandwiches were my food staples in college.
Bought Miracle Whip by mistake 40 years ago and never went back to mayonnaise.

Tuna casserole.
Canned tuna, egg noodles, cheese, chopped onions and celery mixed with mayo and baked topped with chips.
Haven't had it in 25 years. Used to love it as a kid.

Tuna casserole is some good shite.
They fed us that shite all the time in the navy. They called it tuna a la king. It was still good.

My mom's wasn't that fancy. It was just tuna, cream of mushroom soup, noodles, and Ritz crackers on top.

Kraft Mac n Cheese, but it has to be the powdered cheese kind. Love that stuff, but haven't had it in years. I think I'm going to get a box next time I'm at the grocery
