There will be ups and downs for a while then more ups than downs. It’s gonna suck for a while but IT WILL GET BETTER. Hang in there and stay busy. A little strange will help too

No. I'm pretty sure he's the dude who got drunk and missed a wedding years ago, then felt guilty and took drastic steps to be better. His wife held that over his head, but he eventually found out that it was because she was cheating on him.

Bro, take stock of your positives and use them in your favor.
You have dogs. Spend time with them. Walk with them.
You have a phone. Get on bumble or something. Go out. You don't have to marry them, just have a drink. You'll be a total train wreck but just get out there and talk to people about things other than your divorce.
I assume you have friends or family that like you. Go hang out with them this weekend or weeknight evenings. Just sit on the couch with them and watch stupid reruns. It helps a lot.
This sucks but it too will pass.
