True, but he acknowledged he had a weakness for good food. So he’s taking a safe and effective medication under a doctor’s supervision and improving his overall health. How is this a bad thing?

I'm not hating on the guy, just find it annoying that people can lose weight without a drug if they just put their mind to it.
Carbs cause your body to crave more. Cut out carbs and after a short time the cravings go away.

But it will be remembered, yet.

I'll never understand TDs obsession with hating on people that are better themselves.

We have different definitions of what that is. Going from fat as frick to very fat with big pharma isn’t “bettering yourself”

As a matter of fact it’s fricking sad that they are so lazy they have to resort to that.

I don’t even know what this means. But okay.

Next on the list is Ironman 70.3 in June.
With such a healthy life, why don't you do a full ironman?....pussy.
And yes, I've done a triathlon. I wanted to complete one in my lifetime so I did a sprint. As a great poet once said: "I'm not trying to be the best at exercising."
I know you think you're superior to all of these people out here trying to get healthier but just know we all see how small you are. You might try building people up instead of being a gigantic douche all the time.

Man hasn’t seen Troy. He too busy watching Masked Singer and The Voice.

No interest, have to devote too much time. I have too many other hobbies and interests

I don’t talk to anyone like I don’t talk to myself.
I had to catch a flight this afternoon. I left a couple of dishes in the sink, guess what, I did it because I was being fricking lazy. I’m not making excuses for it, I just didn’t do it. I’m not sitting here saying “I didn’t have time” or “it doesn’t matter.” I should have done it, I didn’t.

So when you end up with an overuse injury, a torn ACL or rotator cuff , do you think it is fair for the rest of the premium paying customers to foot the bill for your treatment? You know if you just exercised in moderation you could limit those things……

Sure it is. ANYTHING you do to better your health is "bettering yourself". Not the way you would do it, obviously, but then you don't work out the same way I do, for example. Doesn't mean we're both not doing it right, does it?

I won’t, I recover properly.

It’s a lot cheaper than having someone on hormone therapy for a couple of decades.
And that’s not how insurance works. What you described is exactly what insurance in for. Pay premiums to mitigate your risk in a pool, not be on hormone therapy for decades

This is so fricking stupid I’m not even going to engage with it, just pointing out, again, how absolutely stupid it is

Speaking of hormones, what do you feel about TRT?

I think it’s way overused and many men who have low T developed it because of lifestyle factors.
Like any medical intervention, there’s a place for it, but every 55 year old fatass doesn’t need the T levels of a pubescent teenager
