Driver looked like he was trying to change lanes, saw the biker in the left lane speeding up to him, so resumed traveling his the right lane, when biker dipshit number two flew by and hit his window.

From what I see in the video, the driver of the BMW was moving to the right lane when he saw the bike speeding up behind him but he didnt see the other bike speeding up in the right lane. Now the left lane is for passing, so thats two strikes for bike in the right lane.

We don't have all the information. That bike in the right lane may have been in the left lane following his buddy and switched to the right lane when the car started going to the left lane. BMW guy may have been purposefully trying to block lanes.
BMW drivers are notorious dickbags.

ive never seen one of these POV videos where they're not going 120+mph and zooming in and out traffic, threading between cars and driving on the shoulder while coping an attitude with the 'slow cars' that get in their way or occasionally turn into their lane as they're zooming up to close the gap at 400 mph.
