Goddamit this is dishonest. They're not just “guessing”. Its a simple matter to show a driver’s license or state issued ID. That takes care of 95% of scenarios right there as it demonstrates legal residence at minimum. A quick check of the same database that police use will tell them what they need to know. Social Security numbers don't get issued to non-citizens. You're concocting a scenario that would require so many breaks in procedure as to be completely unbelievable.

Because IMO we are more tribal and divided than ever before, excluding the whole Civil War thing. Politics with the onset of 24 hour media, social media and the fact almost everyone has the ability to let the world know whatever they think at anytime. It’s probably going to get a lot worse before it ever gets better.
