You are missing the entire point. Let me try again:
The fact that you carry your SS card and passport everywhere is completely irrelevant. The vast majority of people do not carry their SS card and passport everywhere they go. Which means the vast majority of United States citizens cannot prove their citizenship status immediately (e.g. without leaving police custody or being escorted home) if they are arrested away from their home.

The problem with your logic is that being here illegally is the alleged crime in this scenario, and you’re jumping straight to a guilty verdict with no checks or balances. You are advocating for one federal government agency to be able to accuse and convict suspects (including those who are actually here legally) with absolutely no judicial oversight.

You cherry-picking rights… can you vote in another city mayors race???… you can’t.,, does that infringe on your right to vote??… the ATF states “ a firearm may not lawfully be sold by a licensee to a nonlicensee who resides in a state other than the state in which the seller’s licensed premises is located”… does that infringe on your right to bear arms???
