From this LINK, motorcyclist said the people in the car started it:

quote:

“I was pelted with a bunch of metal,” said Hendrickson who was riding a 2008 GSRX 1000 Suzuki sports bike. “Before the video started he threw a quarter or change and hit me and my motorcycle and put some damage to the motorcycle. You see me following him to a stopping point to get his information or get him to pull over.”

But motorcyclist doesn't appear to be an angel either:

quote:

Hendrickson has an extensive history of traffic violations that include speeding, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident without giving information, operating a motorcycle between lanes, failure to stop at a red light, following too closely, and other violations dating back over 10 years.

His criminal charges involved theft in 2008 and 2011 and he was charged with burglary with assault in 2003. His recent brushes with law enforcement were for traffic-related incidents.

I'll settle this one in the Court of LCA131:

-Deport the illegal and keep his ride.
-Give car to the Sabi wannabe to defray his costs.
-Fine Sabi wannabe $1500.00 for aggressive driving and for being a biking loser and to pay my expenses.

Apparently, his story has a bit more to it (LINK):
quote:

The incident occurred around 5 p.m. Sunday, when motorcyclist Darin Hendrickson got into a heated confrontation with another driver.

"I was brake-checked," Hendrickson said. "We all know what brake-checked is. He slammed on the brakes and made me try to go into the back end of him and rear-end him."

Best part:
quote:

"Fact of the matter is, you tried to kill me, and that is going to leave a lifelong scar in my mind," he said.

"If I'm not endangering you, just because you don't like the sound of my motorcycle, or you don't like how aggressive I'm driving, why do you think you can take it into your hands and take me out?"

I can be aggressive as I want; why do you get a chance to do anything about it?

The driver of the motorcycle seen on the cellphone video, Darin Hendrickson, was left with some cuts and road rash from the encounter.

Good. All get what's deserved.

let me help those of you with bad eyesight

motorcyclist wants to pass up car driving slow, he gets in other lane to pass around but car speeds up cutting him off from getting in front of the slow car. they continue along and car is slowing and speeding up to force bike to stay blocked in in other lane. bike gets pissed and start mouthing off at car (this is only time bike was wrong during the whole thing) then he must have said something good because car tries to run him over.

plain and simple, car driver should go to jail for attempted murder.

had the bike simply drove between the cars on the white line, as he should have, instead of trying to fight about it, then he would be on his way and the shitass in car wouldnt have been able to block him from doing that.

the bike rider was actually driving very safe and following all the rules here, 9 out of 10 riders would have passed on the white line between the cars when the car first tried to block him in, way back when the video first started

People on motorcycles should be mowed down at every opportunity.

This is simply an example of natural selection.

The guy on the motorcycle got what he deserved.

Why antogonize someone in a vehicle that can legit kill you. You don’t have any chance of defending yourself or avoiding anything on a motorcycle. Just let the person in the vehicle go and then go on about your business.

That crap isn’t worth it. I garuntee you he doesn’t ever talk crap to another person in a car again

Hate seeing stuff like this happen to my fellow motorcyclist

I hope they catch the driver and make an example out of him. No need for people like him on the road
