Go to google maps and look up Davenport, FL City hall. Look at the handicapped spots versus the regular ones and the distance from the building.

So the st of Florida has just wasted the taxpayers money to arrest and prosecute someone for having a bogued up handicap sticker.....dangerous criminal!!!!!
I for one don' care that she did it. Most handicapped spaces are left unused and they are always the best spots in the lot. Go to any Target for example, they are hardly ever used
