The only people at risk of catching the rona at that beach is those two, for swapping the mic.

The dude obviously has not common sense or knows anything about viruses. UVC (one of the parts of sunlight) inactivates the family viruses that covid-19 belongs to and wind disperses respiratory droplets dramatically decreasing the likelihood of someone being exposed to enough of the virus to cause an infection.
