That's not at all what any of what I said means. The first amendment only protects certain speech. But there DOES NOT need to be an arrest for someone to have their first amendment rights violated like you suggest.

In J school they call it "the chilling effect" . It's creating a Liberal Climate of Fear where Liberal taste-masters can arbitrarily determine whose lives they are going to ruin depending on how far they veer off from Liberal Orthodoxy. The maintain the liberal status quo through fear, bullying and intimidation. And if you make a mistake they relish the chance to frick you. Here's what is so racist about it. For one, she lumps all black people into one category with the no education etc. secondly, she speaks of segregating to one end of town to "leave the innocent people alone" as if everyone who isn't black is innocent.

It's okay that you thought the first amendment only applied when someone was arrested for something they said, but don't double down on the stupidity.
I'm on my phone or I would post cases, but Google freedom of speech for government employees. There are plenty finding that employees cannot be fired for protected speech.
