Florida cop shows up 'wasted' at MADD event

Skipping out on training is probably an issue. I assume he was probably on the clock for that? If the guy has this much of a problem, odds are pretty good he's driving that way. Maybe that's why he's so good at DUI stops - he knows how to recognize one of his own.

When I was in h.s. I did community service volunteering with MADD for school. One woman carried around a picture of her dead son's smashed in skull to show to teens during MADD presentations. shite had be all like
