What’s the latest on Florida checkpoints coming from Louisiana?

They're still doing roadside executions if you don't have the proper paperwork.

Why the hell aren’t we doing the same to Florida and Texas? Florida has more cases than we do.

Probably because nobody from Florida or Texas wants to come here right now. There's nothing to do. At least Louisianans going to Florida or Texas have a reason to travel...visiting the beach or visiting Bucee's

Yes. Currently enforced until May 8th.

It would be interesting to see the route Texans take to Florida in the summertime without going through Louisiana.

A friend of mine went from New Orleans to Santa Rosa this morning. They drove down to Orange Beach, and crossed into Florida by the Flora-Bama. Didn't have any issues.

When we shutdown travel from China I don’t think anybody gave a shite about China’s per capita stats either.
