Stopping in the middle of an intersection when you’re not supposed to is far more dangerous.

I like to be extra cautious on the interstate. When I want to change lanes, I come to a complete stop on in my lane on the interstate before I move to the left lane.

Flashing yellow doesn’t stop. Just speeds through. The cross traffic has flashing reds. And they have to stop.
