FL man bit by rattlesnake received 88 vials of anti-venom and spent two weeks in ICU

F rattlesnakes and copperheads. Out there blending in with the forest bottom coiled up ready to strike. One of my biggest fears.

Social media influencer David Humphlett told the snake "good game" (gg) before he was rushed to the hospital, appearing to accept that he may not make it.
Humphlett received 88 vials of antivenom and is miraculously expected to survive.
He has been in the ICU for two *weeks* as doctors continue to fight the venom.
"My reaction was just like, 'Dang it, this is really bad,' ... It was pretty scary because my whole body went numb, head to toe."
Humphlett still can't move his ankle.

Don’t quote me on this but several years ago I think a single vial of crofab anti venom was in the $7000 range

No, but the billed insurance rate is around there. I paid in the mid $400 range per vial when my dog got bit in the head.
