Apparently iPhone X is racist because it can’t distinguish between Chinese users.

I laugh my arse off at accusations of racism nowadays.
People don't even know what the frick that word means anymore. It's just a meaningless generic catch all for nonsense.
Some backwoods piece of trash says he ain't trusting no black president on account of all blacks are lazy - that's racism.
Apple develops and implements a computer software that uses a camera to recognize a face based off of a number of preset focal points and it had trouble differentiating between people of the same race - that's not racism. The phone didn't say: I'm sorry, I won't unlock your phone because Apple programmed me that Asians can't be trusted with technology on account of their propensity for bad driving. That would be racist.

Laugh all you want but Apple has a long history of mistreating their Asian consumers due to the majority of their competitors being in Japan. Lots of reports coming out that this was likely intentional
