The fact that LSU gets lumped in with the Truck Stop shite is frustrating as hell.
I'm 100% behind LSU getting a new tiger and I'm 100% against that tiger at the Truck Stop. Maybe LSU can adopt him.

PETA can STTDB. I'll compromise and give them that the tiger at that gas station should be removed. I feel bad for that one, but mike lives like a king.

Peta people are idiots. Mike's Den is nicer than the one at the San Diego Zoo. And complaining about him going to the stadium? He only goes when he wants too.

Why are yall so opposed to NOT having a live tiger on campus, im just curious...

The conditions at that truck stop were a joke.
Mike is getting excellent care, has an awesome habitat, and lives in a climate he's comfortable with. He probably doesn't need to be brought into the stadium on gameday if he's not up to it....but to say that conditions were bad in his custom habitat is completely dishonest.
We should get a tiger cub when Mike passes.

This pattern should be applauded. Allowing a tiger to suffer out his life in one those rescue places, rather than a spare-no-expense facility, is just stupid. Neither promote irresponsible ownership that results in the need for rescues, but one is greatly more beneficial. Even in the rare instance of a game appearance, Mike looks pretty mellow. If anything, I would think the outing would give him some stimulation.
