I just heard about this on the radio. In 2015 this person was celebrated in the media for being the first ever openly trans person in the US military.
Now he/she/them is about to go to prison for selling military information to Russia (was actually an FBI agent, not a Russian).
Some of the things this person was quoted as saying to the agent clearly proves mental illness. One of which was a concern it had with violating HIPAA, like that was his big concern, it was fine the espionage part of it, but it was HIPAA that would have been the sticking point.
Now he/she/them is about to go to prison for selling military information to Russia (was actually an FBI agent, not a Russian).
